How do I keep my jewellery clean?
Use a jewellery cloth to wipe, also silvo/bronzo.
What happens if my jewellery breaks?
Please send it back! Or fix yourself (if an elastic necklace, sometimes it snaps due to wear and tear, and merely needs another knot, and a dab of glue).
What if I want a different size, colour, stone/bead etc.?
Ask away, and we can get as close as damn it! Fortunately/unfortunately, each piece is 100% unique, being hand-crafted.However, I will endeavor to get as close to what you are after, as possible.
How long will it take for me to receive it?
This depends on where in the world you and/or your sister-friend is living. Joburg shouldn't take more than a day/two, with a couple more for the rest of SA. Further afield may take as long as 2-3 weeks (sorry). But it also depends on how much you are willing to pay for postage...Please get in touch to discuss more
What happens of my friend does not receive the gift I bought here and sent her?
We cannot guarantee secure postage, and so it is best to insure your item for safer travels. However, to date we have not had a problem, and we will work together to sort it out, should this occur.
What if I want to buy a whole load of one particular item?
Ask away! Firstly, there is already significant stock of many items, as close as damnit to each another. Secondly, where there's a will, there's a way and I'm sure we can accomodate you.

It is also possible to measure the inside of a ring you own, and for us to work it out.
Worst case scenario, gift the ring to a friend, sister, daughter, mother, aunt, colleague or neighbour, and order another: that's the beauty with affordable jewellery!

While it doesn't seem possible after the long lockdown, we may run out of the particular item you desire. If so, let us know how urgent it is, and we will endeavour to make you another forthwith. It can take anything from a couple of hours to a couple of days, depending on Ms. Harris's other (at this point, her real) job...
